Chapter Eternal

We remember our beloved Brothers
who are no longer with us
and wait patiently for the time
when we are no longer separated from them.

May light perpetual shine upon them!

To all my brothers and sweethearts. I want to let you know that Brother Todd Coats passed last Saturday in the evening. He had been battling cancer. I’m saddened by this as Todd was a good friend to me and so many of us. I pledged the fall of 1976 and Todd was my big brother. There are so many awesome memories I have of him. The decades roll by as myself have been out of school for over forty years, yet I remember as if they happened yesterday. I want to wish many prayers and thoughts to the Coats family. I trust they will gain strength from the legacy that Todd leaves behind, a truly remarkable person. I wish that we had more time for each other, but the daily grind keeps us away from the days that we enjoyed while in college. It hurts to lose someone who has made a difference in one’s life, and Todd surely left his mark on all of us who knew him and shared time with him over the past many years. May we always keep him close to our hearts and all who have left us for a greater purpose the past many years. Blessings & Peace to all.
